I was unpleasantly surprised by how the room mix-up was handled. The company booked three rooms for our work stay: my colleagues were using single rooms, and I booked a double. But on arrival I was given a single, while a colleague got a double. I had a printed voucher clearly showing who was assigned to each room, yet the receptionist wasn't interested and said we got what we paid for. Apparently, we were expected to ask each other to switch. This shouldn't happen.

The food was the highlight for me. We had dinner there, and I loved the food art so much that it put me to sleep, since I love good food. Breakfast was wonderful too. As an international guest, I'd rate it among the best for its quality and cost. The hotel brings together cleanliness, style, elegance, friendly staff, and a great atmosphere. Thanks to the owner for the fineness of the premises. We're happy to visit again and again.

The staff were friendly, and it was very nice of them to provide breakfast after checkout, around 10:40. I slept really well after a long drive.

The rooms and decor fit the building, with a special touch that made the visit memorable. The hotel and staff were amazing, and the treatment felt like five stars. I'd highly recommend staying here and would happily return if travelling through Germany.
