We felt at home right away, thanks in part to the very friendly and helpful hosts, who live in the building. The apartment, called "Lederhose", is modern, comfortable, spotless, and in pristine condition. From the private terrace there’s a direct view of Watzmann, and our bikes even had their own garden shed. It’s pleasantly quiet while still being central for lots of outings, with all the essentials within walking distance. A fantastic place, highly recommended.

After our hikes and outings, coming back to the apartment in the evening felt like coming home. We’ve stayed in holiday apartments almost exclusively, and this one was easily the best. Eva and Richard, the landlords, were unique, as were the apartment, its location, and its amenities. It was furnished with so much care, and we didn’t lack a thing. We especially enjoyed choosing between the seating on two balconies and in the lovely big garden as the sun moved around. Eva and Richard also shared really useful advice about hikes, buses, and other local details, which made the holiday wonderful. We’d love to return.

We had breakfast on the terrace with a magnificent view of Watzmann, and the location made everything easy: a bakery, butcher, supermarket, banks, and public transport were all about a five-minute walk away. The apartment itself is fantastic, cozy, and spotless, with absolutely nothing missing. We felt right at home. Thanks for the thoughtful welcome touches and all the great tips during our stay. We’ll definitely be back.

When we came back for our second holiday in 2024, it only confirmed how much we like this apartment. It suits us perfectly, and the hosts are incredibly warm and helpful. On our first stay, we enjoyed every minute. We’ve never had a holiday rental where so much thought had gone into everything. The hosts are welcoming and friendly, and the apartment is fantastic, spacious, and tastefully furnished. Five stars don’t feel like enough. Thanks so much...🎶🎶

The hosts were incredibly kind, and everything went smoothly. The apartment had a beautiful mountain view and was furnished with such attention to detail. We had a wonderful stay, with nothing missing, and will definitely come back! 👍
