Gästehaus & Pension Watzmannblick

The mountain view is fantastic, and the apartment feels both stylish and cozy. It was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Mrs. Wenig was very friendly and glad to answer our questions. We’d happily recommend it.

We could set off on several hikes right from the Watzmannblick guesthouse, toward either Bischofswiesen or Berchtesgaden, using good paths. We stayed over Easter in the Watzmannkind 5 holiday apartment and felt at home there. It’s spacious and comfortably furnished, with two balconies and a terrace with a porch swing. The beds were comfortable and we slept well, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was tidy and clean. For a parent and teenager, having two separate bedrooms with a bathroom each was a real blessing. 😅 A really successful vacation.

Getting to Berchtesgaden or Königssee by car took only a few minutes, and the price was very fair for what we got. My room was really well equipped, especially the kitchen, so I could easily take care of my own meals. Everything was very clean, with nothing at all to complain about. I was welcomed and seen off very warmly, too. I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly come back.

We spent two lovely weeks here as a group of three. We always felt comfortable and well cared for in your accommodation, and hope to stay with you again next year. Thanks so much.
