The apartment was right by the old town, which made it easy to take evening walks and get ice cream. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole place felt put together with care. I’d never stayed in a Ferienwohnung before, and traveling with my children had me worried about whether we’d have what we needed. From the moment we arrived, though, I knew we were in the right place. The owners were kind and thoughtful, and had taken care of so many little details that my kids and I felt almost at home. We were there over Easter, and they left a sweet basket for us. It was also my youngest child’s birthday, and they even prepared a present for him. Such a lovely gesture. I’d happily stay again and recommend the place.

We found the apartment spotless when we arrived, just like on our last visit. It’s in good condition and would work well for a family of four with primary school age kids. There’s a double bed in the bedroom, plus a double sofa bed and another sofa bed in the living room. The wardrobe is plenty big, and the bathroom has a shower with a separate toilet. We’d recommend this apartment.

The hosts were outstanding, really friendly, and the holiday home was furnished perfectly. With the coronavirus regulations in place, it became our top choice for 2020. Because of the pandemic, this was only our seventh vacation rental stay that year. We loved the soft, lovely-smelling bed linen and towels, and the furnishings were chosen with care. Nothing was missing. The place is very central: the castle hill and Upper Market Square with its famous town hall are a quick walk away, and the pedestrian zone is even closer downhill. There’s a bakery and butcher within five minutes on foot. It’s among our five favorite rentals. Give it a try, it’s worth it.

We had a lovely terrace, and the apartment was practically in the center. Inside, the kitchen was fully equipped, the bedding was comfortable, and the shower had a great head and decent water pressure. The landlord was super friendly too. Great value, highly recommend.

The owners were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a lovely stay. The holiday home was spacious, very clean, and comfortably furnished with all the comforts we needed. It’s close to the shopping center and good restaurants. Museums, a beautiful river, and a wildlife park are nearby too. The Altstadt, with its lovely half-timbered houses, is within walking distance.
