We stayed in the Untersberg room and came away feeling we’d found a real gem. The price was unbeatable, and the farm was such a peaceful place to unwind. The hosts were kind and lovely, and when we left our keys in the room, they sent them to us by registered mail. The room was cozy, beautifully furnished, and had everything we could need, including a stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. It stayed pleasantly cool despite the sunny weather, so I think sleeping there in summer would be comfortable too. The view was breathtaking. I’ve never stayed in a cleaner room. My partner has house dust allergies, and for the first time in ages she could enjoy the day without needing tissues. Breakfast came with delicious rolls and fresh eggs, including on request, and there was fresh milk straight from the farm that was absolutely delicious. The farm and room were highlights of our short break. If the Koller family reads this, thank you for such a wonderful time. We look forward to seeing you again.

The guest card meant we could take the bus or train every day without using the car. The hosts were kind and friendly, and we were really happy with our stay. The scenery around the beautiful holiday apartment is stunning. Highly recommended, and well worth visiting again! 😊

The owners were incredibly friendly, which topped off a perfect holiday. We stayed in the Watzmann holiday apartment, a bright, clean, spacious place with a fantastic view. It was wonderfully quiet and made an ideal base for hikes and trips around the Berchtesgaden region. We’d love to come back.

In apartment Watzmann A, we had everything we needed and really felt at home. It was lovely, thoughtfully decorated, and well equipped, with a superb view from both balconies, especially of the Watzmann mountain. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the service was great. Every morning there were fresh rolls, eggs, and milk from their own farm. It’s a wonderful place to relax. Thank you, Koller family, for a great holiday. We’ll definitely return.
