A great spot for a horseback riding holiday!

It’s always such a good time at Cohrs Farm! Kids can have riding lessons or go on guided pony rides through the woods, and the prices are very reasonable. They can groom and get the ponies ready themselves, help feed the little animals, then run around the fantastic playground and straw castle. There are regular special events too, like campfires with bread roasted on sticks. A real paradise for children!

We stayed at the campsite for two nights, in a beautiful spot on the meadow beside the horses, with electrical hookups easy to reach. The owners and staff were friendly. The kids had a great playground and pony rides, and there’s a well equipped kitchen for cooking and washing up. There’s also a little shop for groceries and fresh rolls. The restrooms and showers were clean. You can set off walking directly to Totengrund from here, and there are other great hikes nearby. Perfect.
