The food was outstanding, especially the Cordon Bleu, which is easily among the top three I've ever had. The hotel's service was warm and professional throughout, and the bartender, or barmeister, was particularly friendly and welcoming. I was very comfortable in the room, with a cozy bed and a clean shower with great water pressure. Breakfast had enough variety that there was always something to choose from. It felt even better knowing the hotel offers this quality for far less than many places charging three times as much. Thank you, I'll be back!

We came across Heidehotel Bockelmann on Google Maps when we needed a room for just one night. It's a charming, friendly, family-run hotel. We felt welcome and well looked after, and both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were excellent for us and our kids. Our room was very nice too. We'd highly recommend staying here.

Since I was travelling to Denmark, the location worked really well for me. The room was good, and both the service and dinner were excellent. The breakfast buffet was fresh and wholesome, with lots of choices. I'd definitely stay here again.

We loved Zell am see and the hotel. The room was fabulous, the restaurant food was AMAZING, and the staff were super helpful. The one downside was no air conditioning. We were given two fans, which helped a little, but it was still very warm.

The food we had at the restaurant was very good, and I'd recommend the place. The menu was rather limited, though, for vegans and non vegans alike. That was really the only slight issue.
