The apartment was much more spacious than I expected, and it has a lovely modern feel. After a day on the road, the bathroom was a real treat for unwinding. The new owners, a young family living right downstairs, are warm and enthusiastic, and happy to chat with guests in the garden, which everyone can use. There are small companion dogs, but they don't bother you at all. The rural setting is lovely, and there's free Wi-Fi and parking. One thing to know is that you need to take stairs up to the apartment. Swallows nest on the roof and can leave droppings, though the owner explained that they're protected. I really have no other complaints. I left my charger behind and they sent it back to me. Such a caring host family deserves this long review. Five stars hardly seem enough.
