Allgau SPA House

The sauna felt more like a building site, and after heating up it stopped working on our second day. We tried several times to reach someone but couldn't get through. We were four people in Apartment 2, but the kitchen was nowhere near equipped for that: just two cups, two big plates, hardly any pots, and no proper knives for cooking. The bathroom sink was a joke, the sofa bed was completely worn out, and the bedroom's supposed double bed wasn't even queen-size.

We felt at home straight away and had a great time exploring the Allgäu. The apartment is in a quiet spot, well placed for hikes and outings in the beautiful countryside. Inside, it’s roomy, tastefully decorated, clean, and well cared for, with everything we needed and thoughtful little touches. We’d happily return and recommend it.

We were a group of four adults and three children, and the roomy layout gave us plenty of space. The warm, lovingly designed atmosphere and the well-kept apartments made the stay relaxing for all ages. Everything was luxuriously furnished, and we had all we needed from the moment we arrived. We really enjoyed our time at Spa Zwei and the studio apartment at Spa Allgäu, and would gladly come back. We recommend Spa Allgäu.

Getting hold of the hosts was impossible, as nobody answered the phone. The sauna area looked like a construction site, and on the second evening it couldn't be used at all, despite being advertised as open until 8 p.m. Our apartment was listed for four, but some amenities only catered to two. The TV switched itself off every few minutes, and the living room sofa bed was completely worn out. The advertised double bed was a joke. All in all, disappointing and not recommended.
