We spent a week here and were very satisfied. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of the ski lift, though that lift gets very crowded after 10:30 am. If you can use other slopes before then, they’re all red runs, you’ll have no problems. Staff were friendly, especially the service team at dinner, and the food was delicious with an excellent selection. The spa area is very nice too, with a soft sauna in the family area and a hot sauna in the nude area.

The single rooms are very nice, and the hotel is in an excellent location. Breakfast service was friendly and attentive, but the rolls weren’t fresh, just reheated, and there were only hard-boiled eggs, no scrambled or fried ones. On two evenings dinner wasn’t available because the chef was sick. Nobody apologized, not even when we left, and no alternative was offered. There was no coffee and cake offer, and reception was very rarely staffed.

The balcony and sun terrace have a breathtaking view, and we’ve stayed here several times, always very satisfied. Silvia and Jochen are wonderful hosts with great excursion tips. Breakfast is very ample, though scrambled eggs or salmon would be a nice addition. Dinner has always been delicious over the years, and the quality stayed excellent even when the chef changed. We’ll definitely be back next year. One thing we’d like is a small refrigerator in the rooms to chill things before summer hikes, and it would be nice to replace the carpets with laminate flooring.

The staff were very friendly, especially Bettina, and the owner was nice too. The location is beautiful, with a fantastic mountain view. Rooms are simple and clean, the bathroom is lovely, and the spa is nice and clean. Breakfast could use more choice, such as egg dishes, salmon, and vegetables, and a cappuccino would have been nice. Dinner was good, though after the kitchen party one evening we’d hoped for more.
