There’s no coffee maker in the room, just one bottle of mineral water. The mini bar is free, though, and has two bottles of beer, two colas, and two fruit juices.

The spa is great, with a wellness area, sauna, and pool. The two ladies were lovely and gave us superb service. We had to leave early, so they let us eat while the breakfast room was being set up. But the bed in room 209 was the worst I’ve ever slept on, anywhere in the world. The mattress was extremely soft and sagged by about 10 cm, or 4 inches. It also bounced with every movement.

The staff are friendly, and the hotel is in an excellent spot at the foot of the Alps. The rooms are a little worn, though. The main issue is that reception is staffed only from 7:30 to 18:00, so if you’re leaving early, you need to arrange checkout the day before.

The staff are really friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. It’s a nice hotel for a ski trip, with ski schools within a 30 minute range. For the price, it’s really good.

The views are lovely, and it’s a nice hotel. The pool and sauna are good, and breakfast has lots of choice and tastes great.
