The surroundings were beautiful, and there was plenty of free parking. The room was really clean and comfortable.

The location was lovely, tucked away with hardly any noise at night, and the drive there was beautiful. I’m still pretty split on the stay after three nights. We arrived after reception had closed, but I’d emailed ahead and was told what to do for an arrival after 21:00. The room had a nice Airbnb feel, with dishes in the cupboards, silverware in containers on the counter, a trash bin under the sink, plus a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. The fridge came in handy for my son’s milk. I’d booked a queen bed and requested a crib, which was supposed to be free, but we never got one. There were three small beds instead. My husband pushed them together, and we lined our bags along one side so our son wouldn’t fall off. I thought we’d have a balcony, but we didn’t, and that was okay. We were on floor A and could park near the room, with the parking lot, or really just our car, as the view. The bathroom was the main problem. The shower hose leaked badly, the shower head was dirty and rusty, and the floors looked like they needed a proper clean. Water leaked from the sink pipes whenever it was on, so we only used it maybe twice. The toilet was fine. The room door also nearly stuck unless you lifted it while opening. Staff were friendly when we went for breakfast on our last day, and they kindly brought a high chair for our son. There weren’t many breakfast choices, and my husband said the scrambled eggs weren’t great. We’re not very picky, so it was fine for us. On our first morning, we took the registration paper to reception because we weren’t sure what else to do. The receptionist seemed unhappy with us, though I couldn’t tell whether that was really the case or just how it felt. When we left, I put the rubbish, blankets, pillowcases, and towels in piles, and washed the two dishes we’d used and left them by the sink. I like to keep things tidy, and I hope that helped, whether the stay was awful or amazing. Please don’t let my review put you off booking. Maybe other rooms are more up to date, and as Americans, we aren’t liked by many people here anyway. I do hope they fix the problems in this room.

Just make sure you can find your assigned room if you arrive late, since the signs aren't easy to spot. The young manager, Mr Daniel, was very helpful and cooperative, and the breakfast room staff were friendly. I’d recommend the place to all kinds of travelers, from tourists to business people. Enjoy your stay.

The terrace had a beautiful view, and the staff were extremely polite and friendly. They really made guests feel at home. Fantastic hotel, and a great stay!
