The people here are lovely, and the service was brilliant all week. Our room and the house were very clean. Breakfast had good quality items, and they refilled anything that ran out right away. They also offered free coffee during the day and helped us print documents for our online check-in. There are several supermarkets nearby, along with some restaurants. We stayed at Hotel Janssen for a week and will definitely return next year.

On our cycling tour along the river rhine, this was just what we needed. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was nice and comfortable.

I slept really well here. The mattresses were excellent, firm enough and clearly not worn out. The rooms are simple but pleasant, with plenty of space, tiled floors, and a shower. There are rooms on the first floor, but keep in mind there’s no elevator. My dog couldn’t come into the breakfast room for hygiene reasons, so the hotel set aside another room where my friends and I could eat together with the dog. The owner was especially friendly and clearly loves dogs. The whole place has a welcoming, family feel, and I felt genuinely appreciated. One thoughtful detail stayed with me: I’d casually said how much I liked the dark lilacs in the village. The next morning, little vases of those same dark lilacs were in the breakfast room used by guests with dogs. A hotel run with a lot of heart, especially nice for dog owners.
