We only had three nights at Ferienhof Stark, and leaving tomorrow already feels too soon. There’s so much more of this lovely part of the world we wanted to see. We did get to visit nearby Lindau, Meersburg and Mainau, and had a brilliant stay. The apartment was fantastic and really spacious, the surroundings were beautiful, and the family were such helpful, welcoming hosts. I’d highly recommend it, especially for anyone travelling with children.

We’re already looking forward to coming back. This was our second visit with the Stärk family, and we felt just as welcome as the first time. The children had plenty of room to play around the house, which made the stay wonderfully relaxing for us as a family. The accommodation was spotless, thoughtfully furnished and didn’t lack a thing. The Stärk family were warm and friendly, and always there if we had a question. We were absolutely delighted again.

The children loved helping the Stärk family feed the horses, chickens and rabbits each morning and evening. Between that, the go-karts, hayloft, animals and swimming pond, there was loads to keep them busy. The pond was still pretty chilly in spring, but it made the place feel lovely, and the little sauna was a nice extra. Our apartment was spacious, clean and well furnished. The Stärk family were very welcoming and gave us great ideas for excursions, though most of those usually mean having a car. We also really appreciated the bread delivery service. We’d be happy to come back.
