The food was a real highlight of our Christmas lunch. The steak and venison were cooked well and tasty, and even the bread was good. The staff were also great: everyone was friendly and professional, and despite the restaurant being full, they took our order quickly and brought the drinks soon. They kept smiling the whole time. I'd like to come back regularly!

The room was nice, though not amazing, but the service really stood out. Marina at reception made a personal connection and offered ways to solve issues that weren't even hers to deal with, just to make things easier for us. She was charming to talk to and a real asset to the reception team. Hotel R includes a wonderful breakfast at the restaurant, and dinner there was incredible, with creative cuisine and seamless service.

10/10, the best hotel I've ever stayed at. It feels like home, and there are lots of room types to choose from. The apartment is my favorite. Breakfast is great, and everything is sourced locally from within 60 miles. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful I've ever encountered at a hotel. There's also a free shuttle once a day, just remember to reserve it.

Martina was incredibly helpful with our large group and went far beyond what we expected, helping us plan our weekend trips. The place was exactly what we expected from an inn style hotel, and the stay couldn't have been better.

We booked online very late, and the host was wonderfully generous about our arrival time. She offered us something to eat or drink, and within minutes we had two beers and a lovely, comfortable, clean room. The service, spacious room, and good parking were all great. Breakfast was at the restaurant across the street, and the next day we were given bottles of water for the drive. Thanks for making our evening so special. We'll see you soon!
