I booked through the website but had to cancel after my wife's visa application was delayed. I emailed their official address several times and called the number listed online repeatedly. No one answered either. Even though I contacted them in time to qualify for a full refund under the terms, they charged the full amount to my card. They later messaged me on WhatsApp from a different number about check-in. I explained the situation, and they said they'd never received my emails. I could see they were online, but they still weren't replying. EDIT: They finally got back to me and issued the refund, so I've changed my rating to 4 stars. It still caused me a lot of stress.

It's in a beautiful city, and the place itself is really nice and quiet, which is a big plus. The only issue is the church bells starting at 6 a.m. There's also a good Greek restaurant in the same building.

The rooms were nicely arranged and very clean, and I loved the place. It's a small, cozy hotel with an Italian restaurant, in a little community on the outskirts of Stuttgart. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the food was great. The drinks were Italian too.

The hospitality was amazing, and it was a great experience for international travelers. The location is close to the city centre, with a good area to explore the city. It's also very near the corporate office of the renowned AMANN Group.

The pasta's top notch, the people are great, and the place is totally awesome. I'll be back.
