Best Western Hotel Kaiserhof

We slept very well in the big beds, and there was hardly any noise overnight. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our spacious room had lovely windows that brought in plenty of daylight. We’ll stay here again.

The rooms are clean and cozy, and the bed was good. They’re not very big, but that didn’t bother us since we only use a room for sleeping. We were worried that the nearby trains might disturb us because we’re light sleepers, but with the windows closed we could barely hear anything. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was more than okay. I’d recommend the hotel and would use it again if we return to the region.

Best Western Hotel Kaiserhof is in central Bonn, with the train station just across the street. The rooms were very clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast excellent. I was first given a tiny attic room where I could hardly open my suitcase, but when I asked to move, they sorted out another room promptly.

The attic room was tiny, but worked for one night. The last floor has no elevator, though that wasn’t a big problem. There were sweets, coffee and tea in the room, and the A/C worked. The reception man was very caring, and I had a good conversation with the hotel owner, who gave me travel tips. The older lady was a bit grumpy. Excellent breakfast.
