I liked the value here, and getting a lower-floor room arranged was easy. The self check-in was straightforward too, with a receipt and keycard at the end. The place is right in the city center but surprisingly quiet. There was plenty of space, lots of hangers, a fridge and microwave, plus a few plates, cups, glasses and basic cutlery. The bathroom was decent, with soap, shampoo, toilet paper and towels. I’d stay again, and thought the Google review was too harsh, though there are a few things to know. There’s no elevator, as stated. The hair dryer didn’t work, though I had my own and didn’t ask for another. There wasn’t a bowl bigger than a plate for using the microwave, and the carpet had some stains. I didn’t mind those, but I missed having a table for preparing food or working.

My son stayed in this 20 square meter room for a month in July-August 2021. The TV was broken and there was mold in the fridge. When I asked about the deposit, they told me to check the contract, which said the money would be returned six months later. I don’t read German. Now that the deposit has come back, I see they also kept 100 euros for cleaning a 20 square foot room. That charge was in the contract too, as you might guess. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

We were left waiting for 30 minutes, and the light kept turning off and on. Really irritating.

The bed was really comfortable, and the rooms are beautiful in a great location. But bed bugs in our room caused itching and swelling all over my body for two nights. I was very uncomfortable, and it had a serious effect on my health. I hope the hotel management takes this seriously and gets it sorted quickly.

It was easy to arrive at any hour thanks to the simple 24-hour check-in. The hotel is right in the center, with restaurants, shops, a gym and other amenities nearby. Everything feels new and recently renovated. I liked the comfortable bed, international TV, fridge and kettle. The bathroom is spacious, with a two-level shower, a modern toilet with water control, and a hair dryer.
