We often stay at Motel One in different cities, and this one was just as welcoming as the others. The service is great, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the atmosphere feels nice, a bit fancy and romantic. Being right in the city centre suited us perfectly again. We’ll probably be staying at a Motel One soon. Definitely recommend 💯

The decor is lovely, and breakfast was good. The rooms are nice, though on the small side, and there wasn’t any bottled water. Customer service was good, especially from the receptionists and the East African gentleman at the bar.

A modern hotel in a very convenient spot, and the small twin room was adequate. The air conditioning seemed faulty, though, so it got too warm. Still, I’d recommend it for a short stay.

The hotel is clean and looks nice, but the room was far too hot for sleeping. It was about 25 degrees Celsius when we arrived. Reception said the air conditioning only runs in summer and suggested opening the windows. Even after we turned off the heater, that barely helped. With the hotel beside the railway and a busy road, the noise through the open windows was too much as well. We were there just to stay the night and sleep, and that was almost impossible. I woke several times and felt wrecked in the morning with a severe headache.

The staff were friendly, but there weren’t enough of them at breakfast. The rooms were clean, though too cramped for two people and their suitcases. It was hot outside in October, yet the air conditioning wasn’t available.
