After a long flight, I wanted to use the hotel Wi-Fi, but the woman there told me it was only for guests, so I couldn't get online. I thought that was a ridiculous response. I was even going to mention the hotel on my Facebook page and give it some free publicity, but that was a no. We ordered food after that. When it arrived, I asked for ketchup and mayonnaise. The waitress said it was no problem, but the sauces took 20 minutes to show up, by which time we'd finished eating. The hotel could have been better. The attitude really sucks. We did order something to eat.

Whenever I'm on Borkum, I like stopping by. I've had coffee and cake there, as well as a hot meal, and the covered terrace is a lovely, relaxing spot to sit and take in the view. It's much quieter than the eastern part of the island, and the service is friendly and attentive. See you next time!
