Gaststätte Waldhof

The pavilion gives wedding ceremonies a lovely atmosphere, and the restaurant is an official branch of the registry office, so civil ceremonies outdoors are easy to arrange. There are also rooms for the couple and their guests to stay overnight, which is handy. My couples say the owners handle everything and help make the wedding day relaxed. I love coming back. The rooms are beautiful, the grounds are well kept, and there are so many photo opportunities, including some lovely spots nearby. Everything just feels right here.

We came as guests for a birthday party and had a good time, so we'd happily return. The dining room is cozy and works well for celebrations. Outside, there's a soccer field and a playground for kids. One small criticism: the restrooms looked like they hadn't been dusted in a while, with dust building up on the tiles.

Breakfast the next morning was beautifully prepared, and there was always someone available when we had a question or a special request. The food and drinks were excellent, and we were able to celebrate into the early hours. We got married at the idyllically located Waldgasthof on October 4, 2025. From the first planning conversations through the ceremony, we were thrilled with the lovely setting and the wonderfully friendly organizing team. Thank you for letting us celebrate there. We couldn't have imagined a more beautiful wedding.

The kids had a blast on the playground and soccer field, and everyone loved the food, especially with such warm service. The whole team was friendly and accommodating, just wonderful people. We celebrated our wedding at the Waldhof in September, and the dreamy location made it a perfect day for us. The team put so much care into everything, from the first consultation through the final planning. On the day, all the little details were decorated so lovingly, and they delighted more than just us as bride and groom. We'd definitely get married at the Waldhof again! 🥰
