The peaceful setting and convenient location would bring us back to Sonnenwinkel for another week. We, two adults and three small dogs, had a wonderful long week here. The house is in excellent condition, with high-quality furnishings and a cozy feel, and we felt truly welcome. We highly recommend it.

The spa gardens are right nearby, and it’s a lovely location. The landlord and the on-site support were friendly. The house has great amenities and was an easy place for us and our dog to feel at home. The price is absolutely reasonable.

Mrs. Baumann provided exceptionally good help on site, and the house was very clean and had everything we needed. Its quiet, convenient location makes it a good base for exploring the Harz region. Outside the peak season, there are plenty of dining options, with the Croatian restaurant in town especially worth recommending. Cooking for yourself is easy too. Highly recommended.

The weather wasn’t the best, but we still had a great stay and will definitely return. The house is right on the edge of the forest in Braunlage, in a wonderfully peaceful spot, with everything within walking distance. It’s well laid out and nicely furnished, and was spotless when we arrived. We were checked on several times to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything.
