The Wurmberg mountain is worth seeing even when there isn't much snow, and Wernigerode is easy to reach, with a very charming old town. The Harz Mountains are well worth visiting, and we’ll certainly stay with the Schröder family again. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very cozy, furnished with real care. It’s in a quiet, excellent location, with much of the town center within walking distance. Getting there by car is easy too.
