A 26-minute walk gets you to the city center, and the train, bus, and tram stations are close by. The rooms feel airy and bright, with large windows that open. The place was very clean and the kitchen is easy to use. The beds are comfortable, but I found the pillows pointless. Maybe it's a European or German thing, but I'm just not used to them.

Our family of four had a superb stay in the "Karl Ferdinand" holiday apartment in Wolfenbüttel. The open living and dining room was spacious and full of light, and there were three comfortable bedrooms. The modern kitchen and bathroom were great, too. It's a half-timbered gem in a quiet neighborhood, with an easy walk into central Wolfenbüttel to see its half-timbered houses, palace, and Herzog August Library. I missed the Airbnb window for leaving a review, but we enjoyed the stay so much that I looked up the Google listing. Alstadt-Ferienwohnungen has clean, comfortable, well-equipped holiday homes and professional service. I highly recommend staying there!

We were ten people staying in the Hermann-Rooms apartment in Braunschweig. It was clean and quiet, we had everything we needed, and shops were right nearby. The neighborhood itself was quiet as well. Two beds were missing linens at first because of a misunderstanding, but it was sorted out quickly and easily. Thanks, we had a great time.
