Vienna House Easy Braunschweig

The prices were more than reasonable for the service, and the food was consistently good. They’ll adjust menu items when you ask, with no hassle, and the staff speak English fluently and provide good service. I was especially pleased that they remembered us on our second visit and knew exactly what we liked to drink. It’s a large sports bar with room for groups. If friends are playing badminton, you can eat while watching the game. There’s also an indoor smokers’ lounge in a separate room, so the bar itself stays smoke free.

The location worked well, and I liked the restaurant interior and the gym. The staff were very good too. My room felt small for what it cost, with hardly any storage. For a four-star hotel, I expected bathroom cream suited to the outdoor climate. The TV only had German channels, so it was no use to me; hotels could offer international channels these days.

The food was tasty, and there were plenty of sports facilities, though I didn't get time to try them. In the room, I couldn't change the temperature or adjust the heating, and there was a strange smell in the room and bathroom, though it wasn't too bothersome. Some furniture and facilities also looked dated or worn. Decent stay, but in my opinion it doesn't deserve four stars.

I especially liked how well this place works for a business trip: the free internet was fast and stable, and the rooms and breakfast were great. The modern loft-style hotel was really comfortable. There's a bar and restaurant, plus a sauna and sports options in the same building, including tennis and badminton. I like this hotel a lot. :)
