A really cozy, lovely place. The owners were very friendly and told us a lot about the ski resorts nearby.

The house is beautiful, and so are the location, courtyard, and Ore Mountains surroundings. The football pitch up on the hill has a stunning view. But families looking for a relaxing holiday should think carefully before booking. Our biggest issue was the owners. They repeatedly lectured us about how to raise our children, which felt intrusive and inappropriate. They strictly enforced the rule against moving furniture, and if it was broken, they launched into tirades. It didn’t feel welcoming at all. Some advertised features weren’t usable. We weren’t allowed to use the tiled stoves, which was especially frustrating with 4 degrees Celsius and constant rain, while the central heating barely warmed the rooms. The sauna cost an extra €80 for just two hours, far too much for a basic sauna barrel. An electric wall heater fell down during our stay, and the owners responded unprofessionally without offering any solutions. It’s a beautiful property, but with unfriendly landlords, unusable amenities, and poorly heated rooms, I can’t recommend it. It’s definitely not suitable for larger family groups wanting a relaxing holiday.

The accommodation is cozy, with rustic furnishings. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms tidy and recently renovated. It’s a lovely spot for peace and quiet, a nature break with a large group, or beautiful hikes into the Czech Republic. Unfortunately, the landlord wasn’t always friendly and came into our accommodation several times without warning. He didn’t respect our privacy, and that unfortunately ruined our holiday.

We were a group of 18 (!) for the weekend, and everyone loved this little haven. The hosts were easy to reach and accommodating. The place had everything we needed, including newly renovated bathrooms, a private beer tap, and a large kitchen, all in excellent condition. The house had clearly been prepared with care. The best parts were outside: a big fire pit for grilling, a huge dining table with a parasol, and a sauna alongside a beautiful swimming pond, not a plastic pool. We had a wonderful time with you.
