You can hear the neighbors talking all night, and every word comes through clearly. The place is advertised as completely renovated, but I couldn't see any sign of that apart from crowns stuck all around the apartment. I also came across the same nuts someone mentioned in a review from about two years ago 🤣. It was very, very dirty. I could post more photos, but I'll spare you. I wouldn't recommend staying here, not even in an emergency.

The location is a real plus, near Wesersee with lovely nature around, and the washing machine and dishwasher worked well. The refrigerator was fine too, though noisy. Still, I wouldn't stay here again unless it was renovated. The apartment is badly neglected and needs major maintenance: the mattress has already been saved, and the wardrobe is terrible. Dust is everywhere, while the carpet, sofa, and furniture are all worn and dirty. The bathroom wasn't bad, but its radiator was dirty, and the sink and especially the toilet seat were in very poor shape. Sound carries badly. You hear street noise and the neighbors talking, and when they open a door it feels like they're rushing straight into the room. The church bell rings every half hour, though you do get used to it.

It feels like a makeshift shelter, and even two nights here is too much. The rooms are filthy, with spiders everywhere, and there were peanuts left under the dining table by the previous occupant despite the cleaning charge of over 50 euros. There's no parking, even though it's advertised.
