Ferien Apartment

The shower drains, the sofas are uncomfortable, and the beds were broken. I called about the beds but got no answer, then sent an SMS and still heard nothing. They already knew about the problem and disregarded our message. The place wasn’t the apartment we booked. When we pointed that out, he said the photos were for all their apartments, which wasn’t true because you can book the one you want. The next day, there was a homeless man sleeping on the stairs on the top floor, where our apartment was. The smell was unbelievable, and the whole thing was scary. The worst part was the woman coming to collect money for the cat. I wasn’t dressed when she knocked, so I went inside to put some clothes on. When I came back, I heard and saw my key moving in the door. She was trying to open it with her keys. Thank God my key was still in the lock, or she could have got in without permission. We made a scene and forced them to move us to another house, but we still didn’t feel comfortable there. I was relieved when we left. It’s an uncomfortable building, and I don’t recommend it at all.

The apartment itself is very good. I’m giving it three stars because the Wi-Fi connection was bad.

It’s a quiet place in a good location, clean and equipped well enough.

We drove 80 km today only to find out our reservation had been canceled because the apartment was overbooked. The owner was even abusive on the phone, so we had to find somewhere else to stay. Watch out, this place is overbooked!
