In Vegesack, the hotel is conveniently placed, with public transport only a short walk away. The rooms were quiet, clean and spacious, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff, from housekeeping through to management, were professional. I'd stay again.

Clean rooms, a very friendly team and an excellent breakfast. The location is especially convenient, close to the train station and the main shopping street.

The rooms and room-related service were fine, but breakfast was below average and the food never changed. Staff told guests they couldn't use a larger juice cup because it was expensive, or take a sandwich with them unless they paid extra for one to be made. Laundry was also very expensive, especially when local laundromat-style places cost around 4 euro.

I stay here regularly, as do my colleagues and friends. The reception staff are by far the best around: caring, funny and wonderful at their jobs. The service is the most awesome part of this hotel.

The location is great, and they provide power adaptors, which travelers need. The beds and pillows weren't very comfortable, though. There's no A/C, which I'm pretty sure is needed in summer, and no complimentary toiletries, so pack your own.
