Bircks Apartments Bremen

The staff were kind and attentive, getting in touch a few days before we arrived, and our room was tidy, spacious, well equipped, and thoughtfully decorated. These are lovely, comfortable apartments at a reasonable price. The area felt safe, and passersby even stopped to offer help. It’s also very bicycle-friendly, though motorists should take extra care because the bike traffic can be heavy and confusing for visitors. Access to public transport is convenient, and the historic center is a short, scenic walk away. The parking garage is a few minutes on foot: I parked at about 6pm and left around 1pm the next day for only €6. The stairs are steep and may be difficult for some. I managed them with my two children, aged 11 and 6, and a baby in a pram so big I had to take it apart to get through the door.

Everything you need in an apartment is there. It’s very clean, in a lovely neighborhood, and well placed for walking to the main train station or the beautiful park.

My 82-year-old mother and I stayed in the turquoise apartment, and we were delighted with it. The entrance was bright and welcoming, the apartment was spotless, and everything was in its place. The kitchen had what we needed for coffee and basic spices, plus plenty of clean cookware. The beds were comfortable and the nights quiet. Ms. Bircks was perfect to deal with by email and phone, friendly, quick, and efficient. The building is on a bicycle street near the city moat and park, with an easy walk into the center and just ten minutes to the town hall. The busy train station is far away, and we didn’t see any of its usual crowds near the building at any time of day. We highly recommend the apartment and Ms. Bircks.

We stayed in Bremen for the Christmas market on the third weekend of Advent, and the accommodation was in a good spot, within easy walking distance of the city center. It had everything we could need. The cleanliness really stood out. We’ve rarely stayed anywhere this clean. PERFECT!!!
