The location was pretty good, and the minibar in the room had five different kinds of drinks. We had the largest deluxe room on the sixth floor, and the room itself was nice. The lift only goes to the fifth floor, though, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the sixth. Most upsetting was a cleaning lady opening our door at 8:40 in the morning without knocking or asking permission. It woke us up and left me wondering whether hotel staff just walk into guest rooms without warning. That's completely unacceptable. She and other people were also very loud in the hallway for a while, so we couldn't get back to sleep. Aside from the untrained staff, it was a good place to stay.

Be careful booking here. I made a non-refundable reservation through Booking.com, but the hotel cancelled it ten days before my trip, saying my card was invalid. That wasn't true; I use the same card every day without problems elsewhere. I called and emailed several times and got no response. Booking.com also tried to contact them but couldn't get through. Then I checked recent Google reviews and saw several people describing the same last-minute cancellation and the same excuse. Scammers.

The Hotel manager was especially friendly, welcoming, and helpful with information and our questions during our short stay. Our room was spotless and had all the amenities, a minibar, and comfortable bedding. The double windows kept it pin-drop quiet, and we didn't feel disturbed at all. The location worked perfectly for us, not far from either the train station or Bremen Centrum. Thank you, Dormero Bremen, for looking after us ❤️

The room was nice, and the minibar was free. We had a good stay overall, though it got a little noisy at night.

Unreliable scammers. They say they can't charge your credit card, or an alternative one, then cancel your reservation, supposedly to cover their overbooking. There are a bunch of comments describing this.
