The bar with board games, drinks, and food available around the clock was a real highlight, and I also liked the breakfast buffet. It’s about a half-hour walk into central Bremen, or you can catch trams that run every ten minutes. The place has a relaxed, slightly goofy charm, with the fun feel of a youth hostel and the amount of accommodation you’d expect from a hotel.

When we came back from lunch, our key didn’t work because my husband had accidentally missed booking an extra night. A Moxy maid had packed our bags and put them in a locker. The front desk wasn’t helpful and didn’t even offer to see if there was availability at the courtyard in Bremen. I felt like they’d just kicked us out.

I liked the modern look, the location, the decor, and the food. Breakfast had lots of choices and was really good, and the team were friendly and the service was good. The room itself was the problem. My bed was rock hard, the sink kept getting blocked, and the coat hanger and desk weren’t designed very well. I know it’s a budget brand, but this hotel isn’t cheap. I’ve paid less for better places in the Marriott estate. A good hotel, but the room needs work.

A lovely place in a lively city, close to downtown. The staff were friendly, the rooms had lovely high ceilings, and the Wi-Fi was both good and fast.

The rooms are small, but laid out cleverly, and the hotel is clean, stylish, and in a good spot. I liked the lobby atmosphere and the friendly staff. A good choice for a short stay.
