Schönfeld

The place was terribly dirty, the beds were the worst, and the front desk was rude. I also heard that a young girl was refused entry to the main hotel late at night despite showing a confirmed booking. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone, and I'm still in shock about what happened with the so-called "caretaker." He got drunk while cooking dinner, passed out with the back door open and everything a mess, then got up, pulled down his underwear, and peed everywhere while yelling. I had to mop the floor at midnight. When confronted, he denied doing anything wrong, then came out of his room later to smash dishes in the kitchen and slam doors while shouting. The next morning he was yelling and waking me up every day. After all that, when I tried to complain, I was told to get out of the hotel. I expected a refund or some kind of compensation, but didn't get one.
