Townside Hostel Bremen

The cooktop was the one thing that didn’t really work, but I’d still recommend this place to friends. I stayed for a week in a one-bedroom room with a private bathroom. It was clean, had a kitchen, and the location was great, near the river and the main train station. The staff were friendly too, especially the handsome guy who helped us with our laundry.

Everything was ready even though I arrived very late and left early, so I didn’t get to meet the hostel staff. The place was fully equipped and sparkling clean, and the people there seemed really well prepared during the pandemic. I’d definitely come back. My only suggestions would be to replace the slightly odd pillows and offer towels. Thanks for everything, take care and best wishes :)

The lounge and outdoor patio were great, and there’s a little kitchen with an oven and stove. The hostel was clean and the staff were friendly. It’s also easy to reach from the station on foot or by streetcar, with the river and lots of fun places to eat nearby. I was really happy with my stay.

It wasn’t a particularly lively place, though people were friendly enough. The rooms were basic but comfortable, with lockers and a light switch at each bed, and they were arranged so you weren’t sleeping right beside someone else. Everything looked very new. It was clean, with a big lounge area offering snacks and drinks and a well-equipped kitchen.
