What still bothers me about my stay at this guesthouse several years ago is the display at the top of the stairs to the guest rooms. The owners prominently show photos of someone in a German World War II military dress uniform. They could be family pictures, but choosing to display them openly in a public guesthouse visited by people from around the world, in this day and age, says a lot about the environment the owners want to create. I wouldn’t return.

We were grateful for the excellent hospitality and the clear house briefing. The house was quiet, pleasant, and clean, and communication from booking through arrival was seamless. Great value for money, 5*****.

The owners were super friendly, and the room was lovely. They provided a fridge, kettle, tea, coffee pods, and dishes. The train station and a bakery are a 7-minute walk away, and the city center takes 25 minutes on foot.

The garden view from this apartment is fantastic, and it’s right beside the park. The surroundings are very quiet and chic, and the service is excellent.

Getting to the city center is quick, and the spot is easy to reach by bike or public transport. It’s quiet too.
