Check-in with the key code worked perfectly, parking in the 30 km/h zone was free, and the night was mostly quiet. I occasionally heard cars, but for an apartment building it was quiet enough. The apartment is sparsely furnished, which was fine with me. Still, a lot of little things bothered me. The toilet seat wobbled, there was no toilet paper holder and no shower shelf. The bathroom is tiny, with a very small sink better suited to a guest toilet and an impractical cabinet right above it. Washing my face or rinsing my mouth without getting water on the floor was difficult. There just isn't enough room. 😆 The bedroom had no bedside tables or lamps, only a floor lamp in the opposite corner. The outlets, including for charging a phone, were on the opposite wall. In the living room, the couch faced parallel to the wall-mounted TV, so watching it was impossible unless you moved the TV stand or sat in the dining area opposite. The location is near the small red-light district. It's a port city, so hungry sailors are a must 😇, but if you go to a bar around the corner, be careful it doesn't turn into a nightclub with table dancing or some other shady place. I don't particularly like that kind of clientele. The harbor is a 35-minute walk away, and of course, everything is there. I also think a 10:00 AM check-out is very early. 11:00 AM would be much better. It meets the basic requirements and does its main job as a place to sleep. There are shops around the corner and a kitchen with a refrigerator.
