The bedrooms are clean and a decent size, and most of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. But the hotel feels quite dated. The bathrooms were unclean and smelled bad enough for the odor to reach the bedroom. Checkout was much worse. A blonde woman was extremely rude and aggressive when we asked whether booking.com or the hotel takes the money. She spoke down to us in a very loud voice. It was poor, unprofessional customer service. She said her name was Sarah, though the name on her badge seemed different. We won't stay here again.

I'm Italian and often come to Bremavöde for work, so I needed a hotel. The staff here are polite and professional, and the place is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I'd recommend it.

Really nice place in a good location. The Wi-Fi was bad, though. Still, it's better than what you get at other hotels in the area.

A friendly hotel in Bremervörde, with welcoming staff, free parking, and good beds. The rooms have a TV and both a shower and tub. The bathrooms could use refurbishment. Rooms aren't ventilated, but the large windows do open.

The rooms were comfortable and the staff were nice. It was a little warm in the rooms, though.
