Hotel Weinhaus Berg

We stopped in for lunch and were glad we did. The local wine selection was great, and the wines were delicious. My Schlemmerschnitzel was a treat, juicy with a lovely buttery smell and creamy mushroom sauce. Fresh, crispy fries were full of flavor, and the salad comes from a buffet. The staff were super friendly and service was quick. Definitely recommend it as a stop!

I live nearby and haven't stayed at the hotel, but I've seen how much care and work has gone into it. We've been coming for years, though less often since all the changes. The changes may be why other people come more now. It's modern but still cozy, which is hard to get right. The big patio is lovely for sitting outside. You don't see much of the river, but it's still an enjoyable spot. The menu changes often and has plenty of variety. They keep favorites like schnitzel and goulash, add a few unusual dishes, and offer some fish too. There are several vegan choices, desserts, a full bar, good wines, and a kids' menu. It's a welcome change if you're tired of the usual German food. I'd definitely recommend the restaurant. It's nice indoors and out, and the food is pretty darn good. There's something for everyone, and it's friendly to both kids and pets. The staff may be some of the nicest around. I see the same people there regularly, and most always greet you with a lovely smile.

We loved staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good, and we had superb dinners there several times.

I've only eaten here a few times, but the food is gorgeous. The hotel looks really nice inside and out, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Boti is so lovely and speaks really good English, and Yla was very friendly too. Definitely worth a visit.
