Pension Corona

We had to find somewhere else to stay after being left outside in the cold and rain for an hour. I was on time for check-in, but reception and housekeeping couldn't be reached, even after I called more than 10 times. In the end, they said I hadn't shown up. Fortunately, I had photos to prove otherwise. About an hour later, Booking.com told me the property had said it was fully booked and there may have been a double booking. The owners then contacted me the next day demanding payment and saying we hadn't arrived at all. I don't know what the truth is, but the accounts don't add up. When I told the owner I had photos, she stopped responding. I've still had no reply, and the whole thing has been incredibly frustrating. I've never experienced such unfriendly, disrespectful treatment. Stay away.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, and I can wholeheartedly recommend the guesthouse. Shops and restaurants are close by, and there's parking on site. I stayed for two nights and found the place clean and modern.

Getting there was easy, just a quick trip from the A5, and the price was excellent compared with other hotels. The booking was handled smoothly, with friendly help, and I felt welcome and well looked after. The room was spotless, lovingly furnished, and clearly well maintained. My stay was perfect, and I'd happily recommend the guesthouse. I'm already looking forward to coming back.

We arrived just minutes before check-in closed, completely worn out after an 11-hour drive, and were so relieved to find this place. It was quiet all around, the staff were friendly, and the whole guesthouse smelled fresh and was very clean. Our room and bathroom were spotless and nicely decorated. We had a wonderful night's sleep. Thank you!
