Gästehaus Steuer

This was our second visit to the Steuer guesthouse with friends. The Steuers made us feel welcome, served a tasty breakfast, and shared helpful excursion tips. Our rooms were modern, comfortable, and clean, and the kitchenette was well equipped. In the evening, we could enjoy Moselle wine on the big sun terrace or on balconies overlooking the river. The guest ticket also let us travel free by bus and train. Thank you for everything. We hope you stay healthy, and we'd love to come back.

The Steuer family made us feel at home as soon as we arrived for our two-week holiday. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Our hosts were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful, with great suggestions for activities and food. During the wine tasting at the house, Mrs. Steuer shared her extensive knowledge of wine growing, from the start of the season through to harvest. We felt completely at ease there. The area is beautiful, with lots to see, including castles and charming villages, and it's great for boat trips or cycling. The owner was very friendly and went out of her way to make guests feel welcome, always glad to answer questions about activities or anything else. The food was very good, and the rooms were lovely and clean. I highly recommend it.

The landlady made a real effort to help guests feel at home. She shared daily information about local sights and interesting things about the region, and could provide it in writing too. The breakfast buffet was varied and had everything we needed. Our room was spacious and cozy, with a shower and WC, plus a small sitting room with a kitchenette. It was clean and serviced every day. We had a very pleasant stay and can recommend the guesthouse without hesitation.
