Our family had a wonderful stay. The room was amazing, especially the second floor, which worked perfectly for two children or for a parent and child to enjoy together. I loved the golden-colored bath, and the staff were kind and attentive throughout. They were especially sweet to our child, who got the hot cacao they had promised him. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh omelet and a nice selection of sausages, all prepared with care. We also had great service in the restaurant. The roomservice-soup came in a very generous portion and tasted so good that we finished every drop. We left with beautiful memories and happy hearts. 💕 🥰

The room was nice, with a good bed and showers. Check-in and reception hours are limited, though. Nobody was there when we arrived, and we found the same thing each day. Maybe that's just how it is in a small town in Germany.

The rooms are okay. You can get breakfast and dinner, but lunch isn't available.

The staff were really nice and supportive, and the hotel is well placed, nearly 500 meters from Buchen railway station. Netto and dm are close by, as is a nice restaurant for dinner. In the hotel, the rooms are well maintained, with AC in every room and a nice shower with modern technology. The electrical fittings, including the lights and exhaust, are sensor enabled. The beer is good and breakfast decent. The restaurant is nice too. I had a very good experience and would recommend it to visitors.

The family rooms are huge for the price, and everything was very clean. The staff were also very friendly. We really enjoyed the quality of the food in the cozy restaurant. The duck is recommended, as are the rump and steak.
