We booked through AVC, where, as always, the welcome and service were very friendly. The location is great, about a 10-minute walk from the family lagoon. The apartment itself fell short: cleanliness gets 3 out of 5 stars and the furnishings 2 out of 5. We won't book it again.

There are two huge balconies with open views, and the bathroom is very spacious. The accommodation has two levels and lots of room. The sloped ceilings could be a problem if you're tall. Highly recommended!

I can only speak for apartment 3. It's very nice and clean, and being on the ground floor makes it a good choice for older people.

The location was great, but the accommodation was a complete disappointment. I stayed for 10 days with my daughter, and our apartment was filthy. There was hair and dirt from the previous guest all over the bathroom, and when we showered, more of it came up through the drain. The dishes and cutlery still had traces left by the previous tenant. The radiators and the space underneath them clearly hadn't been cleaned properly in a long time, and the microwave was just as bad. After I complained, they cleaned the bathroom and radiator. We paid so much for this, which was very annoying.
