The bakery van close by is worth a try, but I found the balcony pretty uninviting. Some of the furniture is rusty, there’s no parasol or greenery, and the artificial grass beneath the table was dirty. With no roof, the balcony is only useful when it’s dry. Inside, the apartment is decently furnished and okay overall. The bedroom is small but works, though the kitchen window has no way to block the light and the attic gets quite hot. I also found the smoke detector broken and left on a shelf, which isn’t what you expect as a guest.
