By 8 p.m., the staff had left, locked everything, and left us waiting at reception for an hour. They ignored our calls. Earlier, I asked for one of their higher quality rooms and got something that felt from the stone age. I showed the employee the room in their picture reviews, but she denied they had it, even though we were the only guests staying there at the time. The employees were very rude, wouldn't address us normally, and could barely speak two words of English. I'm not even joking. Very bad for a hotel.

The staff can barely speak English, and everyone leaves the hotel at 3 p.m., so you're left without any information. Bad quality overall.

After a long day cycling in heavy rain, we were welcomed by friendly, lovely staff and offered a fabulous bottle of Georgian wine, which made our stay even better. The breakfast was delicious, everything was super clean, and the price was fair. A delightful hotel with really good amenities :)

I didn't sleep all that well. The bed was moderately comfortable, and the pillow was a bit thin, so it wasn't my best night of the trip. The restaurant, though, was great, with the best food I had on this part of my Germany trip. The schnitzel and white asparagus (spargle) were great, and the plum schnapps was good too.
