My contact with Ms. Adolf and her boss, Steffen Baument, was friendly and understanding. I booked at very short notice and accidentally reserved a place in the wrong location, but they accepted my cancellation quickly and without any fuss. Thanks for the professional, customer-focused service. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is huge and really comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. It feels like home, only better. KrabatResidenz is in a fantastic location, so getting around is quick, and the value for money is unbeatable. A definite 5 stars, highly recommended. We'll be back!

On apartment number 18's terrace, we enjoyed breakfast and unwound at the end of the day in the idyllic quiet. It was our second stay, and we enjoyed it just as much. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The owner was always friendly, too. It's a great place for a relaxing Spreewald holiday, and an excellent starting point for short or long bike rides.

Cleanliness is clearly a priority at this very nice hotel. Many thanks to the caretaker who looks after everything. I was very satisfied and would happily come back anytime.
