I wanted to make a reservation, but they don't take credit cards for payment. The website says a card can hold the booking, but you have to pay in cash or with a German EC card. This feels pretty outdated.

We went as a family group of nine over Easter, and the buffet was one of the highlights. Each evening had different smoked and fried fish, several meats, cheese, and vegetables, while breakfast was great too. The place itself was quiet and relaxing, a welcome break from the city. I especially enjoyed the little lake and the outdoor poolhouse with its whirlpool. We also gathered in one of our rooms in the evenings, talking and playing music, but none of it could be heard outside. The rooms are really well soundproofed.
