Ferienhof zum Spreewäldchen

Fantastic!

The forest view from the rooms made the stay especially worthwhile, and the breakfasts were so good I can't think of a complaint. This is a magical little farm tucked among the trees, with a warm, friendly feel. The apartments were beautiful, spotless, and comfortable.

We loved the Poppy Apartment, with its sweet poppy details throughout, and our dog settled in happily too. We spent 3 days and 2 nights at this charming guesthouse. At first, all the farm equipment made us wonder if we'd come to the wrong place, but it soon made sense: this is a sheep farm, and that's part of its appeal. Breakfast had everything we could want, with scrambled eggs cooked fresh to order. It runs until 11:00 a.m., which is great when you're on vacation and want a lie-in. You can also ask for an evening snack at breakfast. We didn't try that, but thought it was a clever idea given how secluded the guesthouse is. The staff deserve a special mention. The caretaker was very friendly and always had a joke ready, the kitchen team looked after everyone well, and the older lady who welcomed us explained everything kindly and thoroughly.

The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind, and everything was furnished so comfortably. This was our second visit to the holiday farm, and we relaxed just as well as before. The owner and staff are very friendly, and breakfast is excellent. We'd happily return.
