The self check-in was straightforward, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. We only missed having a kettle. Burg’s boat tour of spreewald is within walking distance, and there’s a supermarket nearby.

The room and location were nice, but they seemed to have zero interest in hearing feedback. The response was basically, “I don’t care what you have to say, these are the rules...”

The room was modern, clean, spacious enough and had a balcony. The location is close to the center, with the thermal baths and harbor both easy to get to. Breakfast at the restaurant next door was very good, with a generous buffet. We had a positive stay despite the self check-in. Just be aware it only works from 2:00 PM sharp, not a minute sooner. 🤣 Highly recommended!
