A stream runs across the street, and having the window open at night was really relaxing for us. At Mosellandhotel Waldeck, our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The owner and the rest of the staff were kind and helpful throughout. We also loved both buffets, with plenty to choose from at dinner and breakfast.

The rooms were very clean, and there’s a nice place outside the hotel for beer and wine. It’s a quiet spot near the Mosel, with friendly staff and good food at a fair price. The beds were either too hard or too soft for us, and the shower pressure could use improvement.

We only stopped in to eat. There’s a buffet option or you can order from the menu. We got the Schnitzel with creamy sauce, fresh mushrooms, and potato croquettes 👌🏽

We didn’t stay overnight, just ate at the Restaurant, where the staff were so welcoming and friendly. We chose the Buffet menu and thought the food was excellent. It’s worth a visit, and we’ll definitely go back.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable 5-day stay at this very nice, family-run hotel. It was excellent value, with a comfortable room and good food. We also visited the Christmas markets in the area.
