The staff were so friendly. One waitress even took extra time to explain unfamiliar menu items to us Americans. The Sonnenterrasse has incredible views, and the Biergarten is lovely, with a small playground for the kids. There’s no air conditioning to cool the room, though it does have radiators for heat. I’d highly recommend it for a meal, drinks, or a place to stay.

That tomato mozzarella salad is well worth trying. I had a really nice time here, the food was amazing and the service was the best. Very, very nice.

There were 30 guests on the terrace, and after quite a wait we still hadn’t managed to order drinks. To take a seat in the beer garden, you have to check in at the counter. The woman there told us she was working alone that day and that we should expect a long wait, so we decided to try somewhere else.

The grilled specialties were delicious, and the barbecue buffet was fantastic in the beautiful beer garden. Service was a little slow, but it was easy enough to pass the time eating. I did miss having herb butter, tzatziki, or some homemade sauces. Still, there’s always something to complain about, right? 😉
